People with write or admin access. Viewers, portal visitors and people you send a share link to are never counted, on any plan.
Free is the trial: every feature but your own branding, custom domains and single sign-on, with no card and no end date. Paid plans are charged when you choose them, monthly or yearly.
Paid plans are sold through Stripe, the merchant of record: it charges you, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies, and issues the invoices. Prices on this page exclude tax.
Any time, in the app under Settings, Usage, Manage plan. Upgrades and new add-ons are charged at once, prorated; downgrades are credited against later invoices. No cancellation fee. The refund policy has the rest.
Nothing is taken away: new uploads, brands or domains past the limit are refused until you add room with a plan or an add-on.
The organization goes back to Free. If it holds more than 2 GB, nothing changes for 30 days; then it is read-only, and on day 60 the newest files past 2 GB go to the trash, the oldest kept. Taking a plan again stops this at any point. The terms have the details.
