Cancelling
An organization admin cancels a paid plan in the app, under Settings, Usage, then Manage plan. The plan stays active until the end of the month or year already paid, then the organization goes back to the Free plan (see section 5 of the terms for what happens past Free's storage). No cancellation fee.
Refunds
- Periods already started are not refunded, monthly or yearly, except as below or where the law requires it.
- Downgrades and removed add-ons are credited, prorated, against your next invoices.
- Mistakes such as a double charge, or a charge after you cancelled, are refunded in full.
- Changes to the terms you do not accept, or the Service closing, give a refund of the unused part of a prepaid period (sections 3 and 10 of the terms).
- Serious outages: if the Service is unusable for a long time through our fault, write to us and we will make it right, usually with a credit.
Consumers in the EU: 14-day withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, by writing to hello@artbucket.io or using the model form below. As the plan starts at once at your request, a withdrawal is refunded minus the share of the period you already used. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
This right does not apply to purchases made for a business.
