Fixes

Spot the drift.
One click each.

A site still on last month's logo. A search that found nothing. A photo whose license ends Friday. Artbucket lists what needs a hand, and puts the button that fixes it on each row.

Fixes 4 to do

What needs a hand: sites showing an old version, searches that found nothing, licenses about to end, components replaced.

Old versions and searches: last 30 days. Licenses: ending in the next 30 days.

Illustration of the app, on our own brand. The partner site and the counts are made up.

What it finds

Four kinds of drift.
One button each.

Built from what Insights and the library already know. Nothing to set up: Fixes is in the sidebar beside Review, and counts what isn't done.

Notify

A site on an old version

A site or an agent still loads a logo or photo that was replaced. Notify emails whoever answers for it, with a link that always serves the current version, so the next release reaches it on its own.

Request it

A search that found nothing

From the app, your portals or an agent. Request it makes an upload link named after the search, to send to whoever has the file. What they send waits in Review.

Open the asset

A license about to end

An approved file whose last day of use is in the next 30 days, soonest first. Renew it or replace it; once something replaces it, the row leads to the replacement.

ComingOpen a PR

A component replaced

A site built with a component that has a newer version stays on the list until it is deployed with it. A pull request that makes the change is next.

Notify

Tell them once.
Never chase again.

The email names each old version the place still loads and gives the link to use instead. Artbucket finds who to tell: a project's own site goes to its admins, an agent to the person who connected it. For anyone else, name them.

  • Each version and place is told once, and the row says when
  • Sent through your organization's email, kept in the audit log

Every Monday

Last week,
in one email.

Each editor and admin gets a digest of the week before: what was released, what was added, licenses ending in the next 14 days, searches that found nothing, what waits for review. A quiet week sends nothing.
